Usage
For Non-Commercial Use: You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only, such as PFPs on social media, desktop wallpapers, or posting the art on your social media with credit (Add me as a collaborator if it's on Instagram!). You are not allowed to use the artwork in any commercial ways, such as selling it on products, using it as an album or single cover, or use it as promotional work such as ads.

For Commercial Use:
With a commercial license, you are allowed to use the artwork on album covers, sell it on merchandise, or use it as promotional material. You are also allowed to respectfully edit the artwork (please ask for approval). You are not allowed to disrespect or misuse the artwork in any way (ex. edit it and create hateful content).
I retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork, regardless of the license. You are granted a license to use the artwork as described above (non-commercial or commercial). If you have any questions about permissible usage under the non-commercial license, please reach out to me.

Important Information:Regarding Blacklisting-
I do not have a public blacklist for personal reasons. However, if I have blocked you on any social media, it means I wish to no longer contact you and please do not go out of your way to retrieve my art through alts, middlemen or buying them off of others. However, if you already have my designs or art, you are free to keep them as long as you abide by my TOS.
Please do not go out of your way to harass me if you have any issues, simply just block me and continue on; it's healthiest for you as well.
Regarding turn-around-time-
My listed tat will not change unless directly stated in our messages. If I have an emergency come up or I become unwell and cannot meet deadlines, we will discuss further if the you would rather a refund or to continue on the commission.
